Contamination alert Bisphenol-A from Paper

Wild discovery of toxic materials in the plastic material known as Bisphenol-A not long after. Bisphenol-A is also now known to circulate in the paper that you normally get from the supermarket cashier.

John Warner of Warner Babcock Institute for Green Chemistry found paper made to the bill at the checkout includes Bisphenol-A materials. "Bisphenol-A many of the tools are made of polycarbonate plastic commonly. But it's also a toxic substance found in a paper bill, and the extent of amounts greater than kebih in plastic, which is 60-100 milligrams of Bisphenol-A free," said Warner.

Other papers that Bisphenol-A is suspected to contain carbon paper. For that, researchers suggested that supermarket customers always wash their hands after shopping and avoid holding the food directly from the hand.
